P90X Beginning

YouTube Video Script#1:

Hey YouTube, how’s it going my name is Dino. I’m starting a video log of my experience with BeachBody’s P90X program. I’ve always wanted to gain muscle mass and definition but haven’t been too satisfied with the results I’ve seen from going to the gym, in the time alotted. Judging from the tremendous amount of results posted on YouTube from other P90X graduates (mainly CoachJoshS), I’m hoping that if I tweak the program to fit my needs, I’ll be able to attain the results I want. I hope you enjoy the videos and join me on my journey to see if P90X works for skinny guys like me and perhaps you. Thanks and see you soon.

Note: I buy everything from Amazon because I am a student and so I get Amazon Prime for free (ships faster for free). I have found Amazon to usually have the best prices, but always shop around!

I will try and update this blog from time to time, just to note any insights and tips and tricks I learn going through the program that work for me. Please note that I am a beginner to physical fitness training and have no qualifications whatsoever at this time. I am currently studying for my ACE certification ^^, have taken anatomy and physiology courses, and spent 6 months training as a Registered Nurse. I’m also trying to combine something I like to do (working out) with generating income (advertising a product I believe in) to give me some practice at running a business utilizing all forms of social media (ie Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and Tumblr.)
